Shipping Policy

Techtoy cn basically ship the cutting age tech product from China to worldwide, if you didn’t find the location to your country feel free to reach out to contact@techtoycn.com.

Shipping time

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 8 to 20 business days, depending on your country or region. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Import and Tax

It is your own responsibility to cover the cost if your package is subject to import duties or additional local taxes.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to track the journey of your package. Please allow 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Package Lost

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
